There are 77 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2023 Nissan LEAF a good car?

For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback can reduce concern about unexpected ownership headaches, though you should still evaluate each individual vehicle’s condition and history.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Nissan LEAF?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings and wait for the right price.

• Deal availability: 18.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 77 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.46% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $22,958 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Nissan LEAF's resale value?

The current average of $24,442 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,702 CAD.

That softer pricing can work in your favour if you buy now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays subdued. If you plan to sell later, buying closer to the lower end of the range can help protect your position. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Nissan LEAF or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 18.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.46% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better pick if you want a model year with strong owner satisfaction and a market that has eased from last year’s pricing. If you’re price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years and focus on listings near the lower end of the current range to maximise value.
