Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right listing.

• Inventory: There are 208 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.14% compared with last year.

What is the 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross's resale value?

The current average of $24,343 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,792 CAD.

That softer pricing can be good news if you're buying now, but it also means a future seller may face a more competitive market. If prices stay near this level, resale value should remain stable rather than surge. A well-priced, well-kept example is more likely to stand out when you eventually sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 28.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.14% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $21,104 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $24,343 CAD average.
• It offers a lower-cost entry point with bold styling.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2023 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2022 is the better value-focused path, especially if you find one in good condition.
