Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings carefully without rushing.

What is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA's resale value?

The current average of $35,953 CAD sits slightly below last year's $40,405 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make future depreciation a little easier to anticipate. If you buy at the right price now, you may have a better chance of limiting how much value you lose later. Strong demand for well-rated used examples can also help support resale performance when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.02% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the better fit if you want a model year with strong owner satisfaction and a market that has already softened enough to create some negotiating room. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you may also want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, price, and deal quality.
