Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 83 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.57% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $35,545 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA's resale value?

The current average of $36,494 CAD sits slightly below last year's $40,356 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable entry point today, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell in a few years, buying well below the current average matters more than usual. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.57% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

The 2023 is the better pick if you want the strongest mix of current pricing pressure and owner satisfaction in this range. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best condition and lowest out-the-door cost.
