The 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar fits buyers who want a luxury SUV with a strong style-first identity and a distinctive presence in the segment. It sits between the smaller Evoque and the larger Range Rover Sport, which helps define it as a middle-ground choice for shoppers who value design and brand character.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 51 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.15% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $41,490 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar's resale value?

The current average of $41,490 CAD sits slightly below last year's $49,479 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy with less risk of immediate overpayment. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. If you keep the SUV in strong shape, you may be better positioned when it comes time to sell.

Should I buy a 2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.15% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $35,934 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $41,490 CAD average.
• It emphasizes sleek style and nimble handling over practicality.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $52,904 CAD, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $41,490 CAD average.
• It adds design, comfort, and infotainment improvements.

The bottom line: The 2023 is the balanced pick if you want the current-year market pricing and a reasonable amount of deal availability. If your priority is saving money, the 2022 is the better value path. If you want the newer updates and are willing to pay more, the 2024 is the upgrade to consider.
