Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Jeep Wagoneer?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently without expecting every listing to be a standout deal.

• Inventory: There are 141 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.88% compared with last year.

What is the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer's resale value?

The current average of $55,989 CAD sits slightly below last year's $66,560 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays under pressure. If you plan to sell later, buying near the lower end of the range gives you more room to preserve value. Strong demand for well-rated examples can still support pricing when it is time to move on.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 30.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.88% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $47,920 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $55,989 CAD average.
• It brings Jeep’s return to the full-size SUV space with a premium feel.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2023 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2022 is the better value-focused alternative.
