Is the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer a good car?

That kind of feedback suggests you’re looking at a model that resonates well with shoppers who value its overall package. With 33.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that kind of owner approval can reduce the risk of unpleasant surprises, though you should still budget for the usual wear-and-tear checks on a large SUV.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Jeep Wagoneer?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings carefully before committing.

• Deal availability: 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 145 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.88% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $56,360 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer's resale value?

The current average of $56,768 CAD sits slightly below last year's $67,487 CAD.

That softer pricing can be a mixed signal for future resale: it may help you buy at a more attractive entry point today, but it also means the market has already adjusted downward. If prices stabilise, a well-kept example could hold value better than one bought near the top of the range. Strong demand from shoppers who want a full-size SUV with broad appeal should still support resale interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.88% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $48,673 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $56,768 CAD average.
• It emphasises roomy comfort and a premium-feeling cabin.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2023 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price movement, deal availability, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2022 is the better value path and still gives you the core Wagoneer experience.
