Is the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer a good car?

That kind of feedback usually matters most if you want a full-size SUV that has already earned trust from people living with it day to day. With 33.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer reliable?

For used buyers, that suggests lower ownership anxiety than you might expect from a large, premium-priced SUV, though you should still budget carefully for maintenance and running costs.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Jeep Wagoneer?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently without assuming every listing is a bargain.

• Inventory: There are 145 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.47% compared with last year.

What is the 2023 Jeep Wagoneer's resale value?

The current average of $56,318 CAD sits slightly below last year's $68,243 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle. For a future seller, that also means resale expectations should stay grounded unless demand strengthens. If you buy well now, you may have less downside risk later than someone who paid closer to the prior year's average.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.47% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $49,139 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $56,318 CAD average.
• It brings back the Wagoneer name with a more premium, family-focused feel.

The bottom line: Choose the 2023 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2022 is the better value path and still gives you the core Wagoneer experience.
