Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 GMC Yukon?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy if you’re patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 26.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 149 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.01% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $71,803 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 GMC Yukon's resale value?

The current average of $72,178 CAD sits slightly below last year's $76,792 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Yukon has softened enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you sell later, you may face some depreciation pressure unless the market tightens or your vehicle has especially desirable equipment and condition. For a future seller, the strongest resale prospects will likely come from well-kept examples with the right trim, mileage, and service records.

Should I buy a 2023 GMC Yukon or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 26.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.01% compared with last year.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $63,368 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $72,178 CAD average.
• The 2022 adds a standard 12-inch driver information centre and enhanced connectivity.

The 2023 is the better path if you want the newer market position and are willing to pay for it, especially if you value the updated generation’s space, technology, and premium feel. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2022 is the smarter alternative because it delivers many of the same core Yukon strengths for less money.
