Is the 2023 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Buick Enclave earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It is aimed at buyers who want a three-row family SUV with a more upscale feel, a roomy cabin, and enough space for adults in the third row. Buick also positions it as a practical alternative to a minivan, so it fits well if you want family utility without moving to something larger. With 30.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2023 Enclave is built around a comfort- and convenience-focused formula, with standard all-wheel drive in Canada, a V6, and a long list of everyday amenities. Its roomy cabin and upscale equipment help it appeal to buyers who want a refined three-row SUV. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that its expensive positioning can make repairs and upkeep feel less forgiving than on more mainstream rivals.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Buick Enclave?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile opportunities.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 98 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.98% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $40,606 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $40,767 CAD sits slightly below last year's $45,797 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more affordably now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, the Enclave's value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well it is equipped. Strong demand for roomy, upscale three-row SUVs should help, but the current trend suggests you should not expect rapid appreciation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.98% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $37,417 CAD, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $40,767 CAD average.
• It adds a welcome freshening with updated styling and a more modern cabin.

The bottom line: Choose the 2023 if you want the current-year pricing context and are focused on finding a well-equipped three-row SUV with strong owner satisfaction. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the better value path and still gives you many of the Enclave's core strengths.
