Is the 2022 Toyota C-HR a good car?

That kind of feedback can be a useful sign if you want a used vehicle that has already earned positive real-world approval. With 34.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a meaningful share of inventory that may offer solid value.

Is the 2022 Toyota C-HR reliable?

For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback can reduce some of the uncertainty around long-term ownership risk, especially if you verify the vehicle’s maintenance history and condition carefully.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Toyota C-HR?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 85 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.47% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $24,489 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Toyota C-HR's resale value?

The current average of $24,615 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,892 CAD.

That softer pricing can be helpful if you are buying now, but it also means a future seller may need to be realistic about where the market is headed. If prices continue to ease, resale gains may be limited in the near term. On the other hand, a model year with strong owner satisfaction can still attract steady interest from used shoppers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Toyota C-HR or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.47% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want a used Toyota C-HR with strong owner approval and a softer price trend, the 2022 is a sensible place to start. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on the best-priced listings rather than the year alone.
