This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings carefully and wait for the right example.

• Deal availability: 37.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 78 listings available.

The current average of $38,062 CAD sits slightly below last year's $40,454 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model has softened a bit, which can make future resale a little more sensitive to condition, mileage, and equipment. If you buy well now, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation later. The CLA’s premium positioning and comfort-first appeal should still help it attract shoppers who want a compact luxury car with a polished cabin.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
