Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Lexus NX Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently without expecting every listing to be a standout deal.

• Deal availability: 21.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 42 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.67% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $44,239 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Lexus NX Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $44,371 CAD sits slightly below last year's $48,582 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying closer to the lower end of the range can help protect your position. Strong demand for efficient luxury hybrids should still support interest from future shoppers.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Lexus NX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 21.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.67% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2022 is a sensible choice if you want a used Lexus NX Hybrid with a softer price than last year and enough inventory to compare a few examples. If you're more price-sensitive, you may want to keep an eye on nearby years and focus on the best-priced listings rather than the newest one available.
