For not being a full sized van, I really think it has some great features. I love the cargo doors instead of the lift, and I love the dual sliding side doors. I really like that it’s FWD. It rides nice and actually has pick up. Not sitting up high like in some vans or trucks, so if you don’t like that sort of thing then you’ll be happy driving this van. It drives like a car. I’m liking it!

I love it for work and camping but there is too much road noise. Needs insulation. Lastly I got rid of mine because I was approaching 100K and tranny light was coming on. Ford can’t service that vehicles transmission at this time….!?

| Year-Round Low | $24,382 CAD |
| Year-Round High | $29,201 CAD |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $29,160 CAD |
| Change vs. Last Year | −16.39% |

Is the 2022 Ford Transit Connect a good car?
Generally — the 2022 Ford Transit Connect earns a user rating of 4/5, which points to solid overall satisfaction from owners. That makes it a sensible option if you want a used van with a favourable owner impression and a market that still has some room to shop around. 23.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some negotiating opportunity.
Is the 2022 Ford Transit Connect reliable?
Owners rate it 4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.
For used buyers, that suggests the ownership risk is more manageable than you might expect, though you should still prioritise a clean service history and a careful pre-purchase inspection.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Ford Transit Connect?
This is a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the best-priced examples.
- Deal availability: 23.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 71 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 16.39% compared with last year.
If you find a listing below $24,382 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2022 Ford Transit Connect's resale value?
The current average of $24,382 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,160 CAD.
That softer pricing can be helpful if you're buying now, but it also means a future resale may face a more competitive market if values stay under pressure. If you plan to sell later, buying at the lower end of the range can help protect your long-term position. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

If you're more price-sensitive, you can also keep an eye on nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, mileage, and asking price.
