Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Ford Transit Connect?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Inventory: There are 105 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.74% compared with last year.

What is the 2021 Ford Transit Connect's resale value?

The current average of $22,303 CAD sits slightly below last year's $25,559 CAD.

That kind of price movement can matter if you're planning to sell later, because a lower purchase price today may leave less room for depreciation to work against you. It also suggests the market has become more favourable to buyers, which can soften resale expectations in the near term. If demand stays steady, though, a well-priced example should still attract attention.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Ford Transit Connect or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.74% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2021 is the better starting point if you want a used Transit Connect with a softer price environment and a healthy pool of listings to compare. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also keep an eye on nearby model years, but the 2021 offers a strong mix of value and availability right now.
