Is the 2022 Ford Bronco Sport a good car?

Yes — owners rate it 4.92/5, which points to strong overall satisfaction. The 2022 Ford Bronco Sport stands out for its handling, comfort, fuel economy, and off-road capability, and owners also appreciate its features and practical everyday usability. That makes it a good fit if you want a compact SUV with more adventure-ready character than a typical commuter. With 25.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Ford Bronco Sport reliable?

Owners rate it 4.92/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback highlights a vehicle that many drivers find dependable and trouble-free enough to recommend, especially when they value its comfort, fuel economy, and off-road ability. The overall tone of the reviews suggests that many owners feel confident living with it over the long term, even if some concerns remain around pricing and interior design. For used buyers, that means the biggest ownership risk is less about day-to-day appeal and more about making sure the specific example you choose has been well maintained.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Ford Bronco Sport?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to compare options and enough deal activity to reward patience.

• Deal availability: 25.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 567 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.52% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,648 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Ford Bronco Sport's resale value?

The current average of $25,648 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,317 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can be a challenge if you're planning to sell soon. If you buy at today's average, you may have less short-term upside than a shopper who bought earlier in the model year cycle. On the other hand, the current pricing may help you enter at a more realistic level, which can soften the impact of future depreciation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.92/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 25.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.52% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.92/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $22,708 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $25,648 CAD average.
• It offers lively, capable on- and off-pavement appeal.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of satisfaction, pricing, and inventory, the 2022 is the better starting point. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2021 is the more budget-friendly path and still delivers much of the same rugged character.
