How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe cost?

There are 126 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe a good car?

Yes — the 4.8/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction, and the Tahoe’s appeal is rooted in its full-size SUV practicality. The 2022 model offers a more modern cabin, better passenger comfort, more cargo space, and upgraded technology, while its large size and family-friendly layout make it especially useful if you want a versatile three-row SUV. 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2022 Tahoe’s appeal comes from its redesigned package, improved comfort, and broad equipment list, all of which support confidence in everyday use. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that its size and thirsty V8 powertrains can make running costs less forgiving over time.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully and compare listings.

• Deal availability: 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 126 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.94% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,822 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe's resale value?

The current average of $61,897 CAD sits slightly below last year's $67,239 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Tahoe has already absorbed some of its recent market softening, which can help future buyers but may temper short-term resale gains for current owners. If you buy at the right price, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation exposure. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.94% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $49,126 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $61,897 CAD average.
• It delivers a newly redesigned package with improved comfort and technology.

The bottom line: Choose the 2022 if you want the stronger current-market balance of inventory, pricing, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2021 is the better value play and still gives you the redesigned Tahoe experience.
