How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe cost?

There are 108 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of inventory to compare before you decide.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe earns a 4.75/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as a full-size SUV with a much more modern cabin than earlier versions, plus better passenger comfort, more cargo space, and upgraded technology. If you want a large SUV that feels more accommodating inside, its redesigned packaging and broad equipment list make it especially appealing. The market also shows 33.3% of listings as good or great deals, which adds some buying opportunity.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Tahoe’s appeal comes from its redesigned interior, improved comfort, and more versatile packaging, all of which support confidence in day-to-day use. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a large SUV like this can bring higher running costs and more wear-related expense over time.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 108 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.58% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,799 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe's resale value?

The current average of $62,643 CAD sits slightly below last year's $67,784 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy with less risk of immediate overpaying. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum alone. Well-kept examples with desirable features should still attract attention, but you should expect pricing pressure if the vehicle is not especially clean or well equipped.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.58% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $50,270 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $62,643 CAD average.
• It is a redesigned full-size SUV with improved comfort and cargo space.

The bottom line: Choose the 2022 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, satisfaction, and inventory. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2021 is the better secondary path and still gives you the core redesign benefits.
