Used 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe for Sale near Manitoba

How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe cost?

Prices have softened 7.51% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 119 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe earns a 4.8/5 user rating, and that lines up with its appeal as a full-size SUV that prioritises space, comfort, and modern technology. Chevrolet’s redesign brought a more accommodating cabin, better passenger comfort, more cargo space, and a more refined overall package than earlier versions of the nameplate. If you want a large SUV that can handle family duty, towing, and everyday versatility, this model year fits that brief well. Good and great deals account for 33.6% of listings, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Tahoe’s appeal is reinforced by its updated design, improved interior packaging, and broad equipment list, all of which support confidence in day-to-day ownership. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a large, powerful SUV can bring higher running costs and more wear-related expense over time.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 119 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.51% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $60,823 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe's resale value?

The current average of $62,326 CAD sits slightly below last year's $67,383 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. For a seller, the current trend suggests you may need to price competitively to move the vehicle. Strong demand for well-equipped full-size SUVs can still support values, especially when the vehicle is presented cleanly and priced in line with the market.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $48,595 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $62,326 CAD average.
• The redesign brought major gains in comfort, cargo space, and technology.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2022 if you want the stronger current-market balance of inventory, pricing, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2021 is the better value path and still gives you the redesigned Tahoe package.
