There are 105 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Spark a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Chevrolet Spark earns a 4.71/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Reviewers consistently praise its affordability, excellent gas mileage, and compact size, and they also like its comfortable interior, handling, and acceleration. The main trade-off is that some owners see it as a basic model with fewer advanced features than pricier alternatives. With 28.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a value-focused example.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Spark reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The review summary also points to a car that owners find dependable in everyday use, with praise for its trouble-free feel, easy manoeuvrability, and practical ownership experience. That kind of feedback suggests you can count on it for straightforward commuting and city driving.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright satisfaction and more about whether a basic, budget-oriented car has been maintained consistently over time.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Spark?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 105 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.14% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,922 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Spark's resale value?

The current average of $15,922 CAD sits slightly below last year's $17,918 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can make the Spark easier to buy now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you purchase at the right price, you reduce the chance of taking a bigger hit later. The compact-car value proposition still helps, especially if you choose a clean, well-kept example.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Spark or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.14% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction and current market value, the 2022 is a sensible place to focus. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, you should still compare nearby years and target the cleanest, best-priced listing rather than buying on year alone.
