How much does the 2020 Chevrolet Spark cost?

Prices have softened 19.16% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 121 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Spark a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Chevrolet Spark earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its excellent fuel mileage, fun driving experience, and usefulness for everyday work. The main drawback mentioned is a noisy exhaust, but the overall feedback still leans positive. With 26.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Spark reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owners describe it as a reliable choice for everyday use, especially for work, and that kind of feedback suggests it can be a dependable option if you want a small used car you can count on. The strongest ownership signal here is that people are happy enough with it to recommend it for routine driving over the long term. For used buyers, that usually means lower perceived ownership risk if the car has been maintained properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Spark?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 26.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 121 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.16% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $12,356 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Spark's resale value?

The current average of $12,367 CAD sits slightly below last year's $15,298 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can be a challenge if you're planning to sell soon. If you buy at today's average, you may have less room for appreciation than a year ago, so resale value will depend more on condition, mileage, and how well the car is maintained. The good news is that a lower entry price can help offset some of that future depreciation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Spark or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 26.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.16% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction and current market value, the 2020 is the year to focus on. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2020's current market position and owner feedback.
