Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Ford Transit Connect?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 104 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.44% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $22,513 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Ford Transit Connect's resale value?

The current average of $22,727 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,255 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays subdued. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average gives you a better cushion against depreciation. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Ford Transit Connect or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.44% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current value and buyer confidence, the 2021 is the sensible starting point. If your priority is stretching your budget further, compare nearby years and focus on the best-priced examples rather than the newest one available.
