Used 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander for Sale nearConcord, ON

How much does the 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander cost?

Prices have softened 20.95% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 75 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers comparing used examples.

Is the 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner approval. It stands out in the compact SUV class because it offers third-row seating, giving you extra passenger flexibility that many rivals do not match. It also appeals if you want a practical used SUV with available Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus the split tailgate and the option of a third row. With 34.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful share of the market to compare.

Is the 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2020 Outlander’s appeal is tied to its practical layout, safety results from NHTSA and IIHS, and its reputation as an affordable used Mitsubishi SUV. The trade-off is that the gas-only model has historically depreciated faster than some rivals, so condition and maintenance history matter more than with some alternatives. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is less about the concept of the vehicle and more about finding one that has been cared for properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 75 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.95% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $17,625 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander's resale value?

The current average of $17,625 CAD sits slightly below last year's $22,295 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Outlander has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit how much value you recover later. If you plan to sell in a few years, the lower entry price can soften the impact, but the model’s faster depreciation history still matters. Well-kept examples with desirable equipment and clean history should be easier to move than neglected ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.95% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version of this generation and value the 2020 Outlander’s third-row practicality, current pricing makes it a sensible primary target. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may still make sense, but the 2020 is the better starting point when you want the latest model-year version of this generation with strong owner approval and a softer used-market price.
