The current average of $21,696 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,350 CAD.

Should I buy a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.67% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $29,768 CAD, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $21,696 CAD average.
• It was completely redesigned for a more conventional SUV look and feel.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2020 if you want the lower entry price and a market with some deal potential. If you’re price-sensitive, the 2020 is the stronger value play; if you want the newer redesign and can stretch your budget, the 2021 is the better alternative.
