This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Inventory: There are 92 listings available.

What is the 2020 Kia Telluride's resale value?

The current average of $24,498 CAD sits slightly below last year's $28,527 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price more competitively to stand out. If you buy at today's average, your resale position will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. Strong demand can still support values, especially for well-kept examples with desirable features.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Kia Telluride or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.12% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $29,819 CAD, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $24,498 CAD average.
• It adds the SX Limited Nightsky Edition.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2020 is the stronger starting point because pricing has eased and owner satisfaction is high. If you are willing to pay more for a newer model year and a small feature update, the 2021 is the alternative to consider.
