Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Ford Transit Passenger?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 37 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.23% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $38,308 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Ford Transit Passenger's resale value?

The current average of $38,308 CAD sits slightly below last year's $48,023 CAD.

That price movement suggests future sellers may face a softer market than they did a year ago. If you buy now, you may want to focus on condition, mileage, and service records to help protect value later. A lower entry price can help offset some depreciation pressure if you plan to keep the vehicle for several years.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Ford Transit Passenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.23% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2020 makes sense if you want a used Transit Passenger with a lower average price than last year and enough inventory to compare options. If you're more price-sensitive, a different year may be worth considering, but the 2020 stands out as the better choice when you want a balance of value, availability, and strong owner feedback.
