Should I buy a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 26.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.52% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.87/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $26,432 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $27,199 CAD average.
• It adds revised styling and updated technology.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2020 if you want the stronger current-market value story and are focused on finding a well-priced example with proven owner satisfaction. Consider the 2021 if you want to spend a bit less and value the updated styling and tech, especially if those changes matter more than the 2020’s current pricing position.
