Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chrysler Pacifica?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 25.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 78 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.18% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,623 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica's resale value?

The current average of $26,578 CAD sits slightly below last year's $30,613 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Pacifica has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means a future seller may face a softer market than owners saw a year ago. If you buy at the current average, there is less cushion for immediate appreciation, so condition and mileage will matter more when it comes time to resell. Strong pricing discipline now can help protect your eventual return.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.87/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 25.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.18% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.87/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $26,370 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $26,578 CAD average.
• It adds revised styling and updated technology.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2020 if you want a well-liked Pacifica with a softer market and plenty of used inventory to compare. If you are price-sensitive, the 2021 is worth a look because it can cost slightly less while adding newer styling and tech.
