Used 2019 Volkswagen Atlas for Sale nearSurrey, BC

How much does the 2019 Volkswagen Atlas cost?

Prices have softened 26.12% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 190 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Volkswagen Atlas a good car?

Yes — the 4.5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction for this model year. The 2019 Atlas is aimed at you if you want a three-row midsize SUV with a vast interior, a straightforward layout, and nimble driving dynamics. It also stands out for its very roomy second and third rows, practical packaging, and clean design, which make it especially appealing for family use. With 29.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market offers a decent amount of value-oriented inventory.

Is the 2019 Volkswagen Atlas reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2019 Atlas does have some known trade-offs, including transmission hesitations and failures on VR6 models, electrical faults, and premature wear of interior components. It also has below-average fuel economy and high maintenance costs compared with some rivals. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is worth managing carefully with a thorough service-history check and a close inspection before you commit.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Volkswagen Atlas?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 29.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 190 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 26.12% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $21,680 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Volkswagen Atlas's resale value?

The current average of $21,707 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,382 CAD.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Atlas more attractive to buyers today but less favourable for future sellers if prices continue to soften. If you buy near the current average, your resale position will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance records. A well-kept example should still appeal to shoppers who want a spacious, practical three-row SUV.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 29.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 26.12% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 Atlas makes sense if you want a roomy, well-equipped three-row SUV and you can find one priced near the lower end of the market. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years as well, but the 2019 is a solid starting point when value, space, and everyday usability matter most.
