That kind of feedback usually points to a model that satisfies shoppers in everyday use, especially when you compare listings carefully. Is the 2019 Toyota C-HR reliable?

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Toyota C-HR?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 117 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.37% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $19,616 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Toyota C-HR's resale value?

The current average of $19,944 CAD sits slightly below last year's $21,076 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy with less upfront pressure, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, buying near the lower end of the range can help protect your position. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Toyota C-HR or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 28.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.37% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a sensible choice if you want a used Toyota C-HR with strong owner approval and a market that has eased from last year. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you may also want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-priced listings rather than the newest one.
