Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Nissan Rogue?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings carefully before committing.

• Deal availability: 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 534 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.39% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,869 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Nissan Rogue's resale value?

The current average of $15,869 CAD sits slightly below last year's $18,980 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Rogue has become more accessible for buyers, which can make it easier to sell into a broader audience later. For you as a future seller, the softer market means resale gains may be more limited in the near term unless demand strengthens. Even so, a model with broad appeal and strong owner satisfaction can still hold attention when it is priced well and presented cleanly.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.73/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan Rogue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.39% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.73/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $14,821 CAD, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $15,869 CAD average.
• It adds advanced driver assists and remains roomy and comfortable.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $17,681 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $15,869 CAD average.
• It offers comfort, cargo space, and good gas mileage.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the best all-around pick if you want a well-liked Rogue with a softer price than last year and decent deal availability. If your priority is saving money, the 2018 is the better value play; if you want to spend more for a newer model year, the 2020 is the next step up.
