My experience with Bow Mitsubishi has been amazing. I received almost immediate response to my questions. We have been in communication through text and email and I have an appointment to meet with them today.

They posted a vechicle for sale that was not inspected nor ready for sale. They then wanted to sell me something else that I had no interest in. Poor experience. Salesman left the dealership for reasons unknown. Repeated attempts to contact me to sell me something else when they were clearly told not to contact me again. To bad it could not be a 0 star rating

All I wanted was an estimated monthly payment to start things off. I am looking for a little sports car right now. I guess that is to hard to do. They just wanted me to come down. If I can’t get a simple question asked then they are not the dealer for me. I am older and have bought a lot of vehicles. I don’t want to play the sales game. Just answer the first question and then we can chat and come down to look at it.

Dealer responded to me after the holidays which was fine. They also set up a test drive of a gt cx5 and viewing of a kuro cx5

Car was severally damaged by hail. I asked about this on the ph and was told in different lights it’s more/ less obvious. Well I should have been told it’s completely covered with thousands of pockmarks. Not up front so time waster for us and sales guy

Vehicle already sold though bought another from dealership.

We were contacted right away, we scheduled an appointment by email. We were told the truck would be available to test drive and would be waiting for us. We arrived after a 40 minute drive across the city and the truck had been 'sold' the day before. but maybe they had something coming in... Just be upfront instead of wasting 2 hours of my time. Won't be back.

Mileage shows 32000+ but actual is 156000+. I thought it was but an agent from sunridge nissan emailed me that it is a typo error. If it is a typo then maybe 1 or 2 digits were wrong right? For me it is very deceiving...shouldnt be like that. Thank you

Salesperson was really friendly. I am still looking and didn’t buy yet but I will probably work with Guy. Their car is really nice.

Great response time

Purchased the van. Thought it was a good buy. It was very clean and ran well. Carfax and mechanical inspection was good to have to see that a few things that were repaired, all though small. Happy with everything.
