Review feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, with praise centred on comfort, smooth performance, and the kind of long-term usability that helps you feel confident in daily driving. Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Honda Passport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 53 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.95% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $25,451 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Honda Passport's resale value?

The current average of $25,451 CAD sits slightly below last year's $30,646 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Passport has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy at the current average, your resale position will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. Strong demand for a roomy, comfortable two-row SUV can help support future interest, especially if your example is clean and well cared for.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.83/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Honda Passport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.95% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.83/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a well-equipped two-row SUV with strong owner approval and a softer used-market price, the 2019 is a sensible place to start. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a newer example offers similar appeal for only a small premium.
