Used 2019 Ford F-150 for Sale nearSurrey, BC

How much does the 2019 Ford F-150 cost?

Prices have softened 10.90% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,071 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare trims, mileage, and condition.

Is the 2019 Ford F-150 a good car?

Yes — the 4.6/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, great power, and wide range of features, and many also like the value it offers relative to competitors. That fits the F-150’s broad appeal in the overview: you can shop it as a work truck, a family vehicle, or a more premium pickup depending on the configuration you choose. With 27.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2019 Ford F-150 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a truck that many drivers find dependable and trouble-free in everyday use, with strong confidence in its long-term ownership experience. That said, lower trims can feel less polished, so condition and equipment level matter when you shop used. For buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s overall reputation and more about choosing a truck that has been maintained well and priced appropriately for its trim and mileage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Ford F-150?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 27.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,071 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.90% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $27,895 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Ford F-150's resale value?

The current average of $27,895 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,306 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also limit near-term upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that today’s lower entry price could make depreciation feel more manageable if you buy well. Strong demand and broad configuration appeal should still help the truck remain easy to move when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Ford F-150 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 27.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.90% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $25,170 CAD, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $27,895 CAD average.
• It is a well-rounded, capable truck with strong towing and fuel economy.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $31,614 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $27,895 CAD average.
• It adds a more modern, comfortable cabin with strong everyday versatility.

The bottom line: The 2019 is the best all-around pick if you want a broad mix of value, owner satisfaction, and used-market choice. If you’re price-sensitive, the 2018 is the smarter budget play; if you want a newer-feeling cabin and can spend more, the 2020 is the better upgrade path.
