If you find a listing below $23,035 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Dodge Durango's resale value?

The current average of $24,099 CAD sits slightly below last year's $28,901 CAD.

That kind of decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favourable point. If you plan to sell later, the current pricing gives you a clearer benchmark for setting expectations, but it also means you may need to be competitive if the market stays soft. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.87/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Dodge Durango or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.61% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.87/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $29,078 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $24,099 CAD average.
• It adds a more polished muscle-car identity and updated appeal.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2019 if you want the better value and are comfortable shopping carefully within a softer market. Consider the 2020 if you’re willing to pay more for a newer-feeling alternative, but price-sensitive buyers will likely find the 2019 the smarter starting point.
