Is the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica a good car?

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that many drivers find dependable in daily use, with praise for its smooth ride and family-friendly versatility. Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chrysler Pacifica?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 23.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 89 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.83% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $20,874 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chrysler Pacifica's resale value?

The current average of $21,141 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,044 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Pacifica has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy at today’s average, you may have less downside risk than someone who bought when prices were higher, though resale will still depend on condition, mileage, and equipment. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.58/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 23.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.83% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.58/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a well-liked Pacifica with strong owner approval and a softer used-market price, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2019’s stronger satisfaction signal and current market positioning.
