Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chevrolet Traverse?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile opportunities.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 98 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.81% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $19,459 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chevrolet Traverse's resale value?

The current average of $19,459 CAD sits slightly below last year's $25,210 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Traverse has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means a future seller may face a softer market than someone who bought earlier. If you plan to resell later, the current lower entry price can help your purchase side, but it may also limit how much value you recover if prices stay subdued. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.81% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of value, space, and owner approval, the 2019 is the one to target first. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a similar Traverse offers a better asking price, but the 2019 already looks appealing thanks to its lower average price and solid market availability.
