This is a moderate market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed, but the better examples may still move quickly.

• Inventory: There are 362 listings available.

What is the 2019 Audi Q5's resale value?

The current average of $21,745 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,090 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the Q5 easier to buy now but may also limit upside for a future seller. If you purchase at the current average, your resale position will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and equipment. Well-kept examples should still attract interest because the model has broad appeal among shoppers who want comfort, quality, and practicality.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.89/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Audi Q5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 26.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.65% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.89/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $19,381 CAD, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $21,745 CAD average.
• It brings a redesigned, more sophisticated feel with improved room and technology.

The bottom line: Choose the 2019 if you want the stronger current-market value story and a well-liked, comfort-focused luxury SUV. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2018 is the better value play and still delivers a polished, well-rounded package.
