Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Audi A3?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy without expecting every listing to be deeply discounted.

• Deal availability: 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 77 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.89% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $19,424 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Audi A3's resale value?

The current average of $20,104 CAD sits slightly below last year's $22,817 CAD.

That softer pricing can be a mixed signal if you're thinking ahead to resale: it may help you buy at a more attractive entry point, but it also suggests the market has already adjusted downward. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average can help protect your future position. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Audi A3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.89% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a used Audi A3 with solid owner feedback and a market that has moved lower, the 2019 is a sensible primary choice. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years to see whether a similar car offers a better entry price or a stronger deal on the listing you find.
