Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Audi A3?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can be patient and focus on the best-priced examples.

• Deal availability: 27.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 76 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.91% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $19,429 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Audi A3's resale value?

The current average of $19,759 CAD sits slightly below last year's $23,222 CAD.

That softer pricing can be a mixed signal for future resale: it may help you buy at a more attractive entry point now, but it also means there is less room for appreciation if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average can help protect your eventual return. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Audi A3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 27.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.91% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a used Audi A3 with proven owner satisfaction and a softer price environment, the 2019 is a sensible primary target. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep an eye on nearby model years as well, but the 2019 stands out as a balanced choice when you find one priced near the lower end of the market.
