How much does the 2019 Acura RDX cost?

Is the 2019 Acura RDX a good car?

Generally — the 4.4/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the stylish design, comfort, and performance, and many also like the powerful turbo engine and the smooth, quiet ride. In practical terms, that makes this a good fit if you want a compact luxury SUV that feels more engaging than purely comfort-focused rivals while still serving everyday use well. With 30.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Acura RDX reliable?

Owners rate it 4.4/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many drivers, with the RDX earning praise for comfort and day-to-day usability over the long term. The main caution is that some owners mention the infotainment system as a recurring frustration, so used buyers should test that interface carefully before committing. For long-term ownership, the biggest risk is less about the core vehicle and more about whether the cabin tech suits your expectations.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Acura RDX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 181 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.47% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $27,138 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Acura RDX's resale value?

The current average of $27,155 CAD sits slightly below last year's $29,997 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price, you reduce the risk of taking a bigger depreciation hit later. The RDX’s strong owner satisfaction should help support demand, but the recent softening means future sellers may need to price competitively.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Acura RDX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.47% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $29,725 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $27,155 CAD average.
• It adds more content at a lower price than some rivals.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2019 is the stronger starting point because pricing has eased and owner satisfaction is high. If you are willing to spend more for a newer model year and want to compare the added content, the 2020 is the better secondary path for shoppers who are less price-sensitive.
