Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Acura RDX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 28.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 178 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.68% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $27,110 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Acura RDX's resale value?

The current average of $27,110 CAD sits slightly below last year's $30,015 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make the RDX easier to buy now but may also limit upside for a future seller. If you own one, the softer pricing means you should expect resale value to track current market conditions closely rather than rebound sharply in the short term. Even so, the model’s strong owner satisfaction helps support demand among used shoppers.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.42/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Acura RDX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 28.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.68% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.42/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $29,825 CAD, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $27,110 CAD average.
• It adds more content at a lower price than some rivals.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2019 if you want the better value and are comfortable shopping around for a well-priced example. If you can stretch your budget and want a newer model-year option with more content, the 2020 is the better secondary path for buyers who are less price-sensitive.
