Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Toyota Yaris?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting deep discounts on every listing.

What is the 2018 Toyota Yaris's resale value?

The current average of $16,913 CAD sits slightly below last year's $17,774 CAD.

That suggests the market has eased a bit, which can make the car more attractive to buyers today but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the lower end of the range, you may have a better chance of protecting your value later. Pricing discipline matters here, because a softer market can reward shoppers who wait for the right listing.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Toyota Yaris or consider a different year?
