Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Nissan Versa Note?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings carefully rather than rush.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 64 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.50% compared with last year.

What is the 2018 Nissan Versa Note's resale value?

The current average of $10,921 CAD sits slightly below last year's $12,773 CAD.

That softer pricing can be a mixed signal if you're thinking about future resale: it may help you buy at a more attractive entry point now, but it also suggests the market has been willing to pay less for this model year than it did a year ago. If you plan to sell later, buying well below the current average can help protect your position. A clean history, strong maintenance records, and good condition will matter more when you eventually list it.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Nissan Versa Note or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2018 makes sense if you want the strongest mix of current pricing, deal availability, and owner satisfaction in this comparison. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price offsets any differences in market availability.
