How much does the 2018 Ford Transit Connect cost?
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Current Average Price | $17,974 CAD |
| Year-Round Low | $15,069 CAD |
| Year-Round High | $21,664 CAD |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $19,888 CAD |
| Change vs. Last Year | −9.63% |
Prices have softened 9.63% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.
There are 88 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.
Is the 2018 Ford Transit Connect a good car?
With a user rating of 3/5, this model looks like a mixed-value choice rather than an obvious standout, so your decision will likely depend on condition, mileage, and price. The current market also shows 36.4% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are some worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Ford Transit Connect?
This looks like a moderate buyer’s market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.
- Deal availability: 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 88 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 9.63% compared with last year.
If you find a listing below $15,069 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2018 Ford Transit Connect's resale value?
The current average of $17,974 CAD sits slightly below last year's $19,888 CAD.
For a future seller, that points to a softer pricing environment than a year ago, so you may need to be more competitive if you want to move the vehicle quickly. The current average also sits well within the year-round range, which suggests the market is still active but not especially tight. If you buy well now, you may have a better chance of protecting value later.
Should I buy a 2018 Ford Transit Connect or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2018 if:
- 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 9.63% compared with last year.
The bottom line: The 2018 is worth a look if you want a used Transit Connect in a softer pricing environment and you can find one in strong condition. If you’re price-sensitive, it also makes sense to compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of asking price and overall value.
