How much does the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica cost?

There are 124 listings available, which gives you a decent amount of choice in the used market.

Is the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica a good car?

Yes — the 4.5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its advanced technology, safety features, and spaciousness, and many describe it as a comfortable, well-equipped minivan that works especially well for families. The Pacifica’s standard seven-passenger layout, second-row Stow ’n Go seats, and flexible cargo space make it a practical fit if you need one vehicle to handle school runs, errands, and road trips. With 25.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a reasonable chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback does raise some caution around transmission reliability, so you should pay close attention to service records and test-drive behaviour. Even so, the overall tone from owners suggests a vehicle many people have been able to count on over time, especially when it comes to everyday family use and comfort. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure you avoid a poorly maintained example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy if you shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 25.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 124 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.77% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $18,422 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Chrysler Pacifica's resale value?

The current average of $19,039 CAD sits slightly below last year's $21,578 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Pacifica has become more affordable for buyers, which can make it a tougher vehicle for sellers to command top dollar in the short term. If you plan to sell later, the current softness means your return will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history. On the positive side, the model’s strong owner satisfaction and family-friendly practicality should help keep demand steady.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 25.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.77% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of value, features, and owner satisfaction, the 2018 is the smart starting point. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2018’s stronger feature set and market appeal.
