This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.
• Inventory: There are 56 listings available.

What is the 2018 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $21,907 CAD sits slightly below last year's $25,218 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Enclave has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a softer resale environment than owners saw a year ago. If you buy now, the lower entry price can help offset some depreciation risk. The model’s strong owner satisfaction should help support demand, especially among shoppers looking for a roomy, well-equipped three-row SUV.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.13% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the second-generation Enclave’s roomy cabin, upscale feel, and strong owner approval, the 2018 is the better all-around pick. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year with lower average pricing may be the more practical path, especially if you are focused on upfront cost over the latest features.
