Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Audi A4?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile opportunities.

• Deal availability: 23.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 155 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.99% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $17,743 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Audi A4's resale value?

The current average of $18,150 CAD sits slightly below last year's $21,603 CAD.

That softer pricing can be a good entry point for you as a buyer, but it also means a future seller may need to price more competitively if market conditions stay similar. The current range suggests there is still healthy demand, but not enough to push prices back to last year’s level right away.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Audi A4 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 23.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.99% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of value and owner satisfaction, the 2018 is the primary year to focus on. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2018’s current market position and strong owner feedback.
