What is the 2017 Nissan Rogue's resale value?

The current average of $13,399 CAD sits slightly below last year's $15,050 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right price today. Strong demand for practical, family-oriented crossovers can also help support resale interest over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Nissan Rogue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 26.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.97% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.2/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $14,834 CAD, the 2018 costs more than the current year's $13,399 CAD average.
• It adds automated driver assists that make it feel more advanced.

The bottom line: Choose the 2017 if you want the lower entry price and are shopping for value in a practical compact SUV. Consider the 2018 if you are willing to pay more for a newer-feeling package with extra driver-assist technology.
