Should I buy a 2017 Nissan Qashqai or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.20% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2017 is a sensible choice if you want a used Qashqai with softer pricing and a decent share of deal-priced listings. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you should also compare nearby model years and focus on the best-priced examples rather than the newest one available.
